HR Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employees professionally. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries. - Payroll processing and ensure accurate employee data. - Coordinate with employees regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related concerns. - Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. - Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS/HRMS data. - Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively. - Assist with statutory compliance and maintain required HR records. - Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements. - Support other HR and administrative activities as required. Required Skills - 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR. - Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. - Payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools is preferred. - Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. - Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Education MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification. Preferred Candidate - Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period. - Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
