Floor Estimator

Job Description: RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Floor Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing takeoffs from drawing plans, specifically for flooring projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with the Planswift software. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed takeoffs from drawing plans for flooring projects. Utilize Planswift to ensure accurate measurements and estimates. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide precise estimates. Collaborate with the team to ensure all estimates are completed on time and meet client specifications. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates. Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. -Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
