SAP EWM Functional Engineer

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. - Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. - Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. - Be a productive member of the team. Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. - Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA EWM environments and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions in a post-go-live AMS environment. - Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining SAP EWM solutions aligned with the global template and local business requirements. - Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis while ensuring SLA compliance. - Perform impact analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and validation for warehouse-related enhancements and production changes. - Monitor warehouse system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure stable day-to-day warehouse operations. - Support critical warehouse activities, including peak season fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, physical inventory, and year-end close. - Provide functional guidance, end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to drive user adoption and operational excellence. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. - Strong functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including: Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Warehouse Task & Warehouse Order Management, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory, RF (Radio Frequency) Framework, Yard Management, Slotting, Wave Management, Production Integration - Hands-on experience with advanced EWM processes such as: Deconsolidation, Kitting, Shipping Cockpit, Mobile Data Entry (RF) - Experience supporting AMS, production support, incident management, problem management, change management, and service requests. - Strong understanding of SAP EWM integration with: SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP FI, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes - Experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse process optimization. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL-based service management practices. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in global, cross-functional environments. - SAP EWM Certification. - Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, go-live, and hypercare activities. - Experience with SAP TM, SAP MFS, or warehouse automation technologies. - Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse process optimization. - Experience working with global templates and standardized business processes.
