The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in the area of regulatory compliance, maintenance of product licenses and technical writing of CMC documents. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global quality activities with a focus on technical writing. **Main responsibilities:** + Design and Develop Advanced Reports: Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards + Data Modelling and DAX Calculations: Provide guidance on data modelling and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) calculations + Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability + Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in Power BI and business intelligence + Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge + **Mentor and Coach:** Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge, using strong communication skills to explain concepts clearly, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative learning environment + **Stakeholder** **Engagement:** Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, present solutions to business users, and translate business needs into technical specifications through effective verbal and written communication **About you:** + **Experience** : Experience working with BI Tools. + **Soft skills & Technical skills** : Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Certification in PBI (PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) equivalent or higher. Extensive experience with Power BI, DAX Studio, SQL, tabular editor including report and dashboard creation, data modelling, and DAX. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Data Modelling and DAX Calculations: Provide guidance on data modelling and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) calculations. Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and other business intelligence tools.
