Key Roles & Responsibilities | - Candidate will be responsible for top line and bottom line growth and profitability for the region , building relationships with the intermediaries and clients are absolute requirement - Responsible to manage the TAT within the prescribed limits and should be pro active in providing the solutions to the internal and external customers - Candidate should be able to work within the framework of compliance and audit and should have problem solving mindset | - Key Requirements – Education & Certification | - Professional Qualification such as MBA, CA,ACII , FIII etc | - Key Requirements – Experience & Skills | - Experience – 3 to 5 years -Liability Insurance Underwriting - Technical Skill-Candidate Must have deep technical knowledge of Casualty and Specialty lines Liability Insurance Policy wordings including technical know how of Reinsurance (treaty and Facultative) - Communications Skills- Candidate should have a very sound communication skills and should be able to manage client/intermediaries meetings /interactions effectively - Interpersonal Skills- Candidate should posses good interpersonal skills , should be comfortable with inter department co-ordinations - Decision Making- Candidate should be able to take decision basis the dynamics of the situation and should be proactive in taking decisions as and when situations demands |
