Syndication Wealth Manager Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 3-5 Years Salary Range: Up to ₹30 Lakh per annum About Us: We are an innovative Fintech company dedicated to providing exceptional investment opportunities for our clients. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team and help us build meaningful relationships with mid-high net worth (HNW) individual investors. Role Overview: As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a personal book of 100+ mid-HNW individual investors. You will lead and pitch fundraising deals, including IPOs, Pre-IPOs, and other primary or secondary fundraising transactions. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be key to closing deals and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Investor Engagement: Meet with 25+ investors per month in person to build relationships and understand their investment needs. - Deal Management: Lead and pitch fundraising deals, ensuring clear and compelling communication that resonates with business owners and doctors. - Documentation: Prepare and send one-page deal summaries within 3 working days of every new mandate briefing. - Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up every 3 days with interested investors until subscription is signed and payment is received. - Group Briefings: Host small group fundraising briefing sessions (8 to 15 people) for each deal, lasting 30 minutes, including a Q&A segment. - Client Relations: Personally call every invested client on listing day to provide updates and ask for referrals after successful exits. Qualifications: - Proven experience in wealth management, investment banking, or a related field. - Strong track record of building and managing client relationships, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong networking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential investors.
