Service Delivery Manager/Technical Application Manager(SAP Basis HANA Azure)

Job Description: - Vendor & SLA Governance: Monitor supplier performance against contractual SLAs, validate monthly billing and work units, and negotiate service penalties based on corrected indicators. - Technical Application Oversight: Act as the technical authority across SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB, and Azure environments to audit and improve supplier delivery quality. - Operational Control & Escalation: Serve as the central facilitator for critical incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem resolution, release/change management, and disaster recovery (DRP) testing. - Service Integration & Transition: Partner with Project Managers, Product Integrators, and Developers to ensure seamless transition of new applications and services into live production. - Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Analyze infrastructure and cloud consumption patterns to optimize application contract costs, track supplier service orders, and support annual operational budget forecasting. - Stakeholder Management: Keep business leaders and internal governance entities informed of operational health through structured reporting, regular Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSR), and Local Operational Committees (LOC).
