Summary As a Test Engineer - Healthcare Testing at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges Your role in our mission Job Duties: - Plan and undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution & defects management. - Create and execute appropriate quality plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities in - Design, document, manage and execute test cases. - Understand E2E flows and create E2E test cases. - Work closely with Development Team & PMs to understand product use cases and ensure the solution solves end-user use cases. - Perform ad hoc, regression testing of application whenever required and report defects. - Create test scripts for issues reported in the System. - Communicate progress and escalate issues precisely to the management in a timely manner. - Review test cases and automate wherever possible. - Educate team members on test automation and drive AI adoption. - Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development. - Monitor daily automation runs, analyze reports, share metrics with the Team. What we're looking for Skills/Experiences: - 2 – 7+ years of experience. - Experience in Manual/Functional/System testing - US Healthcare knowledge especially Provider and Claims. - Strong QA Automation engineer who can lead end-to-end test activities that includes regression, automation, defect management. - Build test automation and drive adoption of key initiatives and frameworks. - Experience on any of the automation tool
