Principal Data Engineer ? Location: Dehradun / Remote ? Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA ⏳ Notice Period: 30 days or less; immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are looking for a Principal Data Engineer to design and drive enterprise-scale Data & Analytics solutions across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure . You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, Business Consultants and Product Owners to design and implement scalable data and analytics solutions. Key Technical Skills GCP & Azure - BigQuery - Dataflow - Pub/Sub - Dataproc - Cloud Composer - Data Fusion - Cloud Storage - Azure Data Services - Python - SQL - Spark - Terraform - CI/CD - GitHub Actions - Cloud Build Data Architecture - Data Modelling - Data Mesh - Data Fabric - Data Products - Data Contracts - Data Quality - Metadata Management - Data Governance - Data Observability - Event-driven Architecture - Kafka AI / Emerging Technologies - AI / GenAI concepts - Vertex AI Responsibilities - Design and drive end-to-end Data & Analytics solution architecture - Design conceptual, logical and physical data models - Drive GCP and Azure environment design and setup - Review solution architecture and technology selection - Mentor engineering, analytics and business teams - Advise on emerging cloud technologies - Participate in pre-sales engagements and PoCs - Contribute to technology strategy and thought leadership Requirements - Proven experience delivering multiple enterprise data and analytics solutions - Hands-on GCP + Azure implementation experience - Strong Python, SQL and Spark skills - Strong cloud data architecture background - Excellent client-facing communication - Ability to remain hands-on while providing technical leadership - Notice period of 30 days or less Only candidates with strong practical GCP + Azure experience should apply.
