Responsibility 1 Software Systems Management Strong working experience with Australian accounting software including o Xeroo MYOBo QuickBooks Onlineo HandiLedger Ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple accounting systems Support system migrations and software integrations when required Responsibility 2 FullCycle Accounting Management Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR General Ledger GL and Payroll Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely monthend and yearendclosings Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards AASB and IFRS Provide financial reports analysis and insights to senior management to supportbusiness decisions Responsibility 3 Quality Compliance Team Leadership Train mentor and supervise junior accounting staff Maintain team discipline productivity and professional development Lead and support the accounting team while fostering a positive and collaborativework environment Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards taxation requirements andinternal quality controls Responsibility 4 Team Collaboration Work effectively within a teamoriented environment Demonstrate professionalism mutual respect and a positive attitude towardcolleagues and stakeholders Promote strong team bonding and healthy working relationships Responsibility 5 Commitment Accountability Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines Demonstrate dedication reliability and commitment to organizational objectives Build and maintain a supportive trustworthy dependable and positive workculture within the accounting team Compensation From 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
