Java Backend Developer (Only for Women)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and modern cloud-based architectures to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems supporting genomics and healthcare data platforms. This role will involve building robust APIs, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-native services that power large-scale scientifi c and healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. ● Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support platform integrations and data services. ● Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL workfl ows to process large-scale biological and clinical datasets. ● Work with MySQL, Elasticsearch, and data warehouse systems for efficient data storage and retrieval. ● Implement cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability. ● Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes. ● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformatics scientists, data engineers, and product teams. ● Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability across services.
