Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites - Build reliable and maintainable automation solutions using Playwright, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks - Implement effective locator strategies (CSS, XPath, Playwright locators, etc.) for stable test execution - Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted and Agent-based testing approaches to improve productivity and coverage - Automate functional, regression, and end-to-end testing scenarios - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve test failures and flaky test cases - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC - Participate in test planning, test case design, and automation framework improvements - Continuously identify opportunities to improve test coverage, execution speed, and overall quality processes Required Skills & Experience - 2-4 years of experience in Test Automation - Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and/or Playwright - Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript / Python - Experience working with locator strategies for dynamic web applications, shadow DOM, iframes, and modern UI frameworks - Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, AI Agents, or intelligent automation solutions - Experience using Visual Studio Code with Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools - Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, APIs, browser behavior) - Experience with test automation frameworks, assertions, and reporting tools - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience with source control tools such as Git Good to Have - Experience in API automation testing (REST/GraphQL) - Knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) - Exposure to performance, accessibility, or security testing - Experience with test data management, mocking, and service virtualization - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models Soft Skills - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills - Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities - Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables - Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging testing technologies - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software We're proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work® in India ‘25.
