About the role — The Internal Intranet Supervisor will oversee the development and maintenance of the company's intranet system. Key responsibilities : - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the intranet platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure user satisfaction. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Manage team members, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Facilitate training sessions for employees on intranet usage and best practices. - Conduct regular audits to identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Required qualifications : - 2-11 years of experience in intranet management or related field. - Proficient in AWS services and their applications in intranet systems. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
