Job Description
**Introduction** Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lead at IBM will govern, manage delivery, transformation initiatives and client satisfaction in accounts payable operations. They drive analytics, share insights and drive digital transformation using AI workflows, automation, ensure compliance with SLAs, and lead teams to deliver business benefits. **Your role and responsibilities** 1. Service Delivery & SLA Management Monitor and manage daily P2P service operations to ensure compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Oversee the invoice receipt to payments scope, travel/expense claims, and payment runs. Ensure accurate reconciliation of vendor statements, duplicate payment recoveries, and improve paid on time. 2. Client Engagement & Strategy Support - Drive governance meetings with key stakeholders to drive metrics to best in class, improve quality and share process improvement ideas and drive improvement projects. Establish metrics, identify reporting needs, and structure teams to maximize direct and indirect business benefits. 3. Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive process modernization using agile methodologies, AI-powered workflows, and process mining. Translate specific business requirements to development teams to implement tech platforms that automate P2P processes. 4. Team Leadership & Governance Provide change management, inspire team efforts, and manage performance across delivery teams. Enforce internal controls, audit readiness, compliance, and data privacy standards. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Has 12-15 years of experience in P2P across regions and process * Holds Masters degree in finance or a CA * Has hands on experience across procure to pay * Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills * Has driven transformation projects across P2P * Is able to manage large teams and motivate teams and be a change agent * Has managed stakeholder governance IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
