SAP HCM Test Consultant

Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Test Consultant to join our team and support SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects within the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and coordinating testing activities across SAP HCM processes, ensuring high-quality system delivery in a regulated environment. What You Will Be Doing: - Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions. - Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. - Validate end-to-end SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS. - Perform integration testing with connected SAP modules and third-party HR systems. - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, working closely with functional consultants and technical teams. - Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide testing guidance. - Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and complete test coverage. - Prepare test documentation, test evidence, and status reports. - Contribute to test planning, risk assessments, and release readiness activities. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation requirements, and project methodologies.
