- KPI To track/analyse the status of key metrics function wise daily and red flag mechanism helps in judicious use of time of Circle CEO towards evaluating/assessing/reviewing high-risk/key action items which helps in achieving excellence on all business effecting parameters. - Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing across the circle for meaningful analysis to be used by circle CEO - Submit a error-free/accurate presentation to RD/COO's office/Customers for key decision making - Regular tracking of AOP Vs. Actual with the relevant departments and sharing of key issues with circle CEO - Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements - Execution of Spl. Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall circle business objectives and strategy Skills: Agile Methodology, Requirements Gathering, Sql, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis, Process Mapping, Business Intelligence Experience: 1.00-5.00 Years
