Delivery Operation New Associate

Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review customer and account records to identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated profile information. Support telecom order management and account management activities in line with process guidelines. Validate account attributes and supporting information before completing profiling or order actions. Investigate exceptions, document findings, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams. Maintain clear case notes and trackers to support quality reviews, reporting, and audit readiness. Meet agreed productivity, quality, and turnaround-time expectations. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and work effectively across shifts. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Working understanding of account profiling concepts and customer/account data validation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and willingness to learn. Ability to work flexible or rotational shifts based on business requirements. SUCCESS MEASURES Adherence to process controls, quality standards, and turnaround times. Timely resolution or escalation of account and order exceptions. Shift Time : 13:00 to 22:30 (Hybrid) |
