Job Description
Analyse Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories. * Prepare and execute Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data. * Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Validate Life Insurance business processes such as: * New Business / Policy Issuance * Underwriting * Premium Collection * Policy Servicing * Claims Processing * Renewal and Surrender processes * Raise, track, retest, and close defects using JIRA. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and UAT teams. * Prepare Test Summary Reports and provide testing status updates.
