Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration - Configure and implement SAP CO modules: - Cost Element Accounting (CEA) - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders (IO) - Product Costing (PC) - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Define controlling area, cost centers, profit centers, and cost elements. - Set up allocation cycles, assessments, and distributions. Business Process Design - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions. - Design cost flow structures and profitability models. - Collaborate with finance teams for budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes. - Support integration with other modules (FI, MM, SD, PP). Testing & Deployment - Prepare functional specifications (FS) and coordinate with technical teams. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). - Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization. Support & Maintenance - Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CO issues. - Troubleshoot allocation errors, master data inconsistencies, and reporting issues. - Perform system enhancements and optimizations. Reporting & Analysis - Develop and maintain reports: - Cost reports - Profitability reports - Variance analysis - Work with tools like: - SAP Report Painter - SAP BW / SAC (optional) - Provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
