Engineer - Maintenance_Mechanical

- Plans maintenance jobs with clear scope, resource and time requirements; monitors execution and takes corrective action when jobs deviate from plan. - Executes PM and PdM schedules and manages breakdown response; uses equipment history to shift maintenance approach from reactive to planned. - Leads structured root cause analysis for breakdowns using Pareto, fishbone and FMEA; ensures corrective actions are implemented and verified. - Manages spare parts consumption and inventory; coordinates with stores for timely procurement and ensures no downtime due to spare unavailability. - Manages contractors for specialist repairs; ensures quality, safety compliance and schedule adherence for all external work.
