AES - Java Spring

Description Key Responsibilities - Investigate and resolve complex production issues impacting the MARS platform. - Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. - Develop, test, and deploy fixes following DevOps and CI/CD practices. - Partner with Production Support, Architects, and Product teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues. - Improve platform stability, performance, resiliency, and observability. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards. - Document findings, solutions, and preventative measures. Responsibilities Required Skills - Strong Java 17 development experience. - Hands-on experience with Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux/Project Reactor). - Experience developing and supporting microservices architectures. - Strong knowledge of Cassandra. - Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of software engineering experience. - Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical platforms. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and application performance optimization. - Experience working in Agile environments.
