L1 resource in Tech Ops

Job Description: Profile : L1 Resource in Tech Ops Experience : 3 to 6 years Employment : Permanent Job Type : Work from Office Location : Mindspace, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Budget : 40% Hike On Current Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1/L2 application and production support for enterprise systems. - Perform patch deployments, version upgrades, and coordinate application releases. - Analyze application and system logs to troubleshoot and resolve incidents. - Monitor performance and health of applications using AppDynamics, VuNet, etc. - Manage and track issues using Jira or other ticketing tools. - Support and troubleshoot on Windows Server, Linux, IIS, and Apache Tomcat. - Execute basic database queries and issue handling in MSSQL and Oracle environments. - Follow up with internal teams for timely ASLC/VAPT & VA issue closure reports. - Coordinate with network teams for resolving issues related to: - Firewall Port Opening rules - Load balancer configuration - DNS resolutions, Proxy Skills: Ticketing Tools, Appdynamics, Web Servers, Troubleshooting, Firewall Experience: 3.00-6.00 Years
