Azure Data Engineer

Primary Skill – Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Secondary Skill – Synapse, Logicapps, DeltaLake Description We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure technologies, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage Azure data solutions for various applications. - Develop and maintain ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading. - Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency. - Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Ensure data quality and integrity through proper validation and monitoring. - Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven decision making. Skills and Qualifications - 8-12 years of experience in data engineering or related field. - Proficiency in Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage). - Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Azure Functions. - Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Databricks or HDInsight. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
