Digital Marketing Executive

Key Requirement We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns . - Develop effective paid advertising strategies based on business objectives. - Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI . - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. - Manage daily advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization. - Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. - Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. - Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates. - Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising trends. Required Skills - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory. - Proven experience in Lead Generation and Performance Marketing . - Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. - Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
