Mail:- info@naukripay.com Sales & Marketing Job Description Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote the company’s products/services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, networking, and digital channels.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.RequirementsGraduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred; freshers may also apply.Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
