As a QA Performance - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Software and Product Innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities - Leading quality assurance initiatives to enhance software development and testing processes - Implementing quality engineering methodologies to identify and resolve defects in software products - Conducting performance testing to optimize software functionality and user experience - Designing and managing quality assurance processes to align with client expectations and industry standards - Developing test cases and protocols to evaluate software compatibility and functionality - Overseeing defect reporting and quality control testing to maintain software reliability - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and client satisfaction - Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance in quality assurance tasks - Utilizing quality assurance metrics to assess and improve testing processes - Engaging in strategic planning to support software and product innovation initiatives What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 9 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics - Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Engineering and Testing - Utilizing advanced QA Methodologies and Performance Testing techniques - Excelling in Test Case Generation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Managing Quality Assurance Process Design and Evaluation - Leading teams in Quality Management and Quality Software initiatives - Embracing technology and innovation in Quality Engineering practices Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
