Automation Test Engineer – Playwright / Power Apps

Job Description Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365, Middleware applications, Microsoft web applications, API and UI automation scenarios - Build and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright (.NET/Node.js). - Execute automated test suites through Azure DevOps Pipelines. - Identify automation candidates and maintain automation backlog aligned to project priorities. - Improve automation stability, reduce flaky tests, and optimize execution efficiency. - Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and reporting dashboards. - Collaborate with development and functional teams to improve testability and automation coverage. - Maintain automation source code repositories and reusable libraries. - Perform automation code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and quality gates. - Generate automation execution reports, coverage metrics, and trend analysis. - Support AI-assisted test generation and GitHub Copilot for Testing initiatives where applicable. Required Skills & Experience - Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in automation testing. - Strong hands-on experience in Playwright Automation, UI and API automation, Test framework development, Regression automation - Experience in automation strategy and scalable framework implementation. - Expertise in Playwright (.NET or Node.js), Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure Pipelines, Git/GitHub, EasyRepro (preferred), Power Apps Test Studio (preferred) - Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines. - Strong coding experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, C#, .NET ecosystem (preferred) - Strong debugging and analytical skills. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. - Good stakeholder communication and reporting skills. - Experience with GitHub Copilot for Testing or AI-assisted automation. - Exposure to D365 CE/F&O automation. - Knowledge of accessibility automation and API testing frameworks.
