The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Core HCM , integrations, business process configuration, security, reporting, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes. - Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions. - Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards. - Support Workday security configuration, role assignments, and access controls. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability. - Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on system enhancements. - Support data validation, data loads (EIB), and integration activities. Required Skills - 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience. Strong Knowledge Of - Workday Core HCM - Business Process Configuration - Workday Security - Calculated Fields - Custom & Advanced Reporting - EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) - Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience supporting production environments and end users. Preferred Skills - Experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll. - Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated environments. - Workday Certification is a plus.
