Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software systems to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex software issues. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning techniques. - Effective communication skills to collaborate within diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
