Informatica Developer

Position : Informatica Powercentre Developer Experience : 8 to 10 years 6months contract to hire Location : Remote Work Mode : Work from Home Work Hours: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team as a Development Lead. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, strong SQL, Control-M scheduling and data analysis skills, and proven experience leading design activities for large-scale data integration solutions. Retail domain experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the team activities for ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical designs Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and sessions Perform data analysis to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members Should be review the code for other developers. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and production support as needed Mandatory Skills & Expertise Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter Advanced proficiency in SQL Control-M job scheduling Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills Proven experience in leading and owning end to end complete development activities for ETL/data integration projects Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables as well. Good to Have Experience working in the Retail domain Windows batch scripting experience is a plus
