Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Role Description Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems Documentation: Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents process maps use cases and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation Testing and Validation: Develop test plans scenarios and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders project teams and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support endusers in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality Skills And Attributes For Success - Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors - Proficiency in data integration methodologies including data mapping ETL processes and API integrations - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements - Strong documentation skills including the creation of requirement documents process flows and test plans - Effective communication skills both written and verbal to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders - Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques - Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality accurate results - Positive attitude adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role - Ability to work virtually with global teams To Qualify For This Role - Bachelors degree in a relevant field additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems SAP SuccessFactors and data integration - As a Business Analyst 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent Skills: Test Plans, Sap Successfactors, Data Mapping Experience: 5.00-8.00 Years
