Exp - 6 to 8 Remote - Bengaluru, India / Hyderabad, India Skills Required Primary Skills EKSAKSGKEKubernatese Job Description Experience: 6-8 years Role Overview We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and securing multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP while collaborating closely with development, platform, and security teams. Key Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and support Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, and GKE. Implement Kubernetes security controls including RBAC, Admission Controllers, and Network Policies. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Tekton. Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python and Bash. Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Support container security initiatives and image management practices. Implement policy-as-code controls using OPA/Rego. Manage secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault. Administer and maintain Harbor, JFrog Artifactory, and Prisma Cloud integrations. Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment. Required Skills Platform & Kubernetes Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE). Experience with RBAC, Admission Controllers, Helm, and Kubernetes security best practices. Containers & Security Understanding of OCI image fundamentals: Layer model Digest vs. tag Rootless containers seccomp/AppArmor Experience with container security scanning and governance. DevOps & Automation Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting. Experience with: Git & GitHub Branch protection strategies GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Pipelines Hands-on Terraform experience across cloud platforms. Configuration & Policy YAML and JSON. Kubernetes manifests. Helm charts. Tekton pipelines. OPA/Rego policies. Security & Repository Management HashiCorp Vault Harbor Prisma Cloud OPA/Rego JFrog Artifactory Soft Skills Strong documentation and communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to mentor junior engineers and share knowledge. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Self-motivated with an ownership mindset. Preferred Qualifications CKA or Terraform Associate certification. Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. Exposure to multi-cloud environments and DevSecOps best practices.
