Product Manager — B2B SaaS & AI

We’re hiring a Product Manager in India for a confidential B2B SaaS and AI company building products used by modern businesses to solve complex operational and customer problems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to turn customer problems into products that are useful, measurable, and scalable. We’re looking for someone with 4–8 years of product management experience who can: • Own product areas from problem discovery through delivery and iteration • Identify meaningful customer problems and turn them into clear product opportunities • Make strong product decisions using customer insight, data, and product judgment • Work closely with engineering and design to define and ship products • Prioritise across competing customer, business, and technical needs • Use metrics and qualitative feedback to understand whether a product is actually working • Take ownership of outcomes rather than simply managing delivery • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and bring teams together around a product direction • Work comfortably in ambiguous environments where the answer is not always obvious Experience building B2B SaaS, AI, workflow, automation, developer, or other technically complex products is particularly relevant.
