Lead Software Engineer

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable distributed services. - Collaborate with product engineering teams and stakeholders across Titan Smart Labs. - Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and robust architectural practices. What We're Looking For - Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in backend development. - Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE backend development. - Proficient in Spring MVC , Spring Boot , and JPA frameworks. - Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs . - Strong experience with Microservices architecture and related best practices. - Good understanding and exposure to design patterns is preferred. - Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL). - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. - Familiarity with application servers like WebLogic and JBoss . - Strong understanding and working experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., GitHub). - Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems is a valuable addition. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence . - Experience with build tools like Maven and working in Unix/Linux environments. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade backend systems.
