QA Lead SDET - 6 Months Contract

Your key responsibilities as a ​QA Lead SDET will be to: - Leading QA strategy and driving quality engineering initiatives across multiple products and delivery teams - Designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks with strong CI/CD integration - Driving the adoption of modern testing practices including API-first and service-level automation - Collaborating with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to embed shift-left quality practices - Leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance test automation, analysis, and reporting - Mentoring and guiding QA engineers while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence To join us as a QA Lead SDET you will need the following experience and skills: - You will have 7+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, including leading teams and driving testing strategies - You will have strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or RestAssured - You will be experienced in API, UI, and end-to-end automation with solid programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript - You will have hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments - You will demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering outcomes Apply today for immediate consideration and we will endeavour to get back to you within 5 working days.
