Full Stack Engineer - Java Full Stack Development

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing - Facilitate clear communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Strong proficiency in Core Java, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.- Extensive experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.- Expert knowledge of fundamental front-end languages, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - In-depth understanding of web services and API design, particularly RESTful services.- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
