Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Used Tractor-Relationship Manager Business Unit: Tractor Job Purpose : The Relationship Manager Tractor Loan is responsible for acquiring and managing customers seeking tractor loans, while ensuring high-quality service and portfolio health. The role involves close collaboration with product, Credit and operations to drive customer acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions Roles & Responsibilities: 'Primary Responsibilities Acquire Used tractor customers of tractor loans by conducting credit assessments and offering end-to-end financial solutions Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular communication, including updates on repayments and product offerings Empanel new dealers and channel partners in the market Generate new leads of new and used tractor business through dealer managements, referrals, promotional activities, and customer interactionsCoordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Conduct product training sessions for internal team members to ensure alignment with product guidelines Proactively resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction Monitor channel and team performance to ensure quality sourcing and a healthy loan portfolio. Analyse competitor products and market practices to inform growth strategies. Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Secondary Responsibilities-Collaborate with other business verticals to identify cross-sell opportunities Gather feedback from customers and channels to refine and improve growth strategies Secondary Responsibilities: 'Support collection and recovery initiatives when required. Participate in local marketing activities, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns. Ensure adherence to internal process, policy, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Graduate - Yes Experience: Minimum Number of Years - Minimum 2 Years experience in Tractor Loan/Farm equipment or Loan product with NBFC and Bank
