Recruiter (end to end recruitment/ target based)

Description Career Bloc is on the lookout for a dedicated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, remote position focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes with a target-based approach. We aim to connect the best talent with exciting job opportunities, and your contribution will be key to achieving this mission. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll play a vital role in meeting recruitment targets and helping build strong teams across various levels. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 monthly, alongside potential growth opportunities within our dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions - Creatively use social media and job boards for candidate engagement - Work towards achieving recruitment targets set by the management Requirements - Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply - Proficient in using MS Office and other administrative tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
