SAP MM Consultant

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 4-16 LPA) Experience: 4+ yrs Location: Gurugram Job Type: full-time We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support and enhance procurement, inventory, and materials management processes within an SAP environment. The role involves configuring and optimizing SAP MM solutions, supporting end-to-end procurement operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and integration with other SAP modules. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and support SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions based on business requirements. - Manage and optimize procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Vendor Management . - Support Inventory Management, Goods Movements, Invoice Verification, and Material Master Data processes. - Configure and maintain Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, and Account Determination settings. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend SAP MM solutions. - Support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities across SAP MM projects. - Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other modules including FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM . - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions. - Conduct testing, documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer activities. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and system performance. What Makes You a Great Fit - 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM Configuration and Support . - Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes . - Experience in SAP MM implementation, rollout, and support projects . - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA MM and related business processes. - Knowledge of Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Vendor Management, and Material Master Data . - Experience integrating SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
