Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture . - Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to keep the tech stack innovative. Team Management & Mentorship: - Lead, mentor, and inspire software engineers. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a collaborative, positive team culture , encouraging continuous learning and growth. Project & Product Collaboration: - Work closely with product managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. - Proactively identify and address roadblocks or challenges . Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication: - Promote open communication within the engineering team and across departments. - Collaborate with QA, product, and other teams to achieve shared goals. - Provide updates on project status and technical initiatives to stakeholders. Skills: Postgres, Aws Services, Mysql, Django, Python Experience: 5.00-6.00 Years
