MERN Stack Trainer

ViNi Tech is looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to deliver structured practical training to candidates professionals at our client site in Lucknow The trainer will be responsible for conducting 4 hours of onsite training every day with a strong focus on handson learning coding practices realworld development scenarios and projectbased learning Key Responsibilities Conduct 4 hours of MERN Stack training daily at the client location Deliver training on MongoDB Express js React js and Node js Explain concepts through practical examples coding exercises and realworld use cases Provide handson assignments and projects to strengthen participants technical skills Guide learners in developing responsive and scalable web applications Evaluate participants progress through assignments coding exercises and assessments Identify areas where learners need additional support and provide appropriate guidance Stay updated with current MERN Stack development practices tools and industry trends Maintain a professional and engaging training environment at the client site Required Skills Experience Strong handson experience with the MERN Stack Good command of JavaScript React js Node js Express js and MongoDB Understanding of REST APIs Git GitHub authentication and database concepts Prior experience in technical training mentoring or teaching is preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner Experience working on realworld web development projects will be an added advantage Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is A strong MERN Stack developer with practical industry experience Passionate about teaching and mentoring Comfortable conducting onsite classroomstyle training Able to engage learners and encourage handson coding Professional punctual and committed to the training schedule Compensation 20 000 00 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
