This role is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in automation architecture, quality engineering, and performance testing who are passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performing automation solutions. As a Senior Automation Architect, you will define automation strategies, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software at scale. You will play a critical role in modernizing test automation capabilities, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving test coverage, and driving continuous quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Define and implement enterprise-wide automation testing strategies and frameworks for web, API, and performance testing. - Design scalable and maintainable automation solutions using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and related technologies. - Lead the development and optimization of automated functional, regression, integration, and performance test suites. - Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps practices. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and QA teams to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. - Drive performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter and Gatling to validate application scalability and reliability. - Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, reusable components, and quality engineering best practices. - Mentor automation engineers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects. - Support cloud-based testing initiatives and automation deployments on AWS environments. - Continuously evaluate emerging automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and software quality. What Makes You a Great Fit - 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering with significant experience in automation architecture. - Strong hands-on expertise in Java , Selenium WebDriver , Rest Assured , and enterprise automation framework development. - Proven experience integrating automation with Jenkins , GitHub Actions , and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with JMeter and Gatling for performance and load testing. - Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and enterprise application testing. - Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud environments and cloud-based testing strategies. - Strong knowledge of automation design patterns, test architecture, and software quality best practices. - Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and engineering excellence. - Passion for building scalable automation ecosystems that accelerate software delivery while ensuring exceptional product quality.
