Responsibilities - Lead and manage data analysis projects in the banking domain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. - Utilize PySpark and Hadoop to process and analyze large datasets effectively. - Develop complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases. - Create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel to present findings to stakeholders and management. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile principles using Jira and Confluence. - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science). - 7-12 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in the banking domain. - Strong proficiency in PySpark and Hadoop for big data processing. - Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is mandatory. - Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and visualization. - Experience working within an Agile framework and using project management tools like Jira and Confluence. - Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects from initiation to completion.
