Solution Architect

Design and develop end-to-end technical architectures for complex applications and enterprise solutions. Provide effective technical solutions to business and engineering challenges. Take an active role in software development and guide the team on technical implementation. Define architecture, technology stack, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Lead the development of Full Stack applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud environments. Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI into products and business solutions. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry trends and evaluate their applicability. Lead, mentor, and technically guide development teams. Review code, architecture, and technical designs to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions and mitigation strategies. Drive technical innovation and continuously improve development and architecture practices. RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture. - Strong hands-on experience in software development with a proven development background. - Proven experience in Solution Architecture and System Architecture . - Strong expertise in Full Stack Development . - Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-based application development . - Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and distributed systems . - Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications . - Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, architecture patterns, and DevOps practices. - Ability to evaluate and adopt new and emerging technologies . - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and team management skills. - Ability to make sound technical decisions and provide practical solutions to complex problems. Preferred - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP . - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures . - Experience implementing AI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM platforms. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
