Job Description

White Force is expanding its fleet operations in Bangalore and is looking for a dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring that our passengers experience safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation across the city, particularly in the Yelahanka region where we have a high demand for punctual public transit services. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the daily operation of a company‑owned bus, following a fixed schedule that aligns with peak commuter hours. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, representing the company's commitment to professionalism and safety. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply driving; you will be responsible for the overall condition of the vehicle, adherence to regulatory standards, and the quality of service delivered to each rider. Key duties include conducting thorough pre‑trip inspections to verify that fuel levels, brakes, lights, and other essential components are in optimal condition. Any discrepancies must be logged and reported immediately to the fleet manager. During the shift, you will maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers. Accurate record‑keeping in the vehicle logbook is mandatory, covering mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur. Timeliness is a core performance metric. You will be expected to adhere strictly to the published route timetable, coordinating with dispatch to manage any unforeseen delays caused by traffic or roadwork. Effective communication with passengers is essential; you should be able to provide clear information about stops, expected arrival times, and any changes to the schedule. Safety is non‑negotiable. You must follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and conduct regular safety drills as required. In the event of an accident or mechanical failure, you are required to follow emergency procedures, secure the vehicle, assist passengers, and file detailed reports for further investigation. We value drivers who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a customer‑first attitude. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, resolve passenger concerns, and maintain a courteous demeanor will directly impact the reputation of White Force in the community. Compensation for this position includes an in‑hand salary of INR 22,197 per month, supplemented by a performance‑based incentive of INR 3,000. In addition, you will receive statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC). The total cost‑to‑company (CTC) amounts to INR 27,949 per month. We also provide company‑managed accommodation near the workplace, reducing commuting time and expenses. Overtime opportunities are available in accordance with company policy, allowing you to increase earnings during peak periods. The role follows an 8‑hour shift pattern, with flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours when required. To qualify, you must hold a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license and possess at least two years of experience driving buses or other heavy vehicles. Familiarity with Bangalore’s road network, especially the Yelahanka area, is essential. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and possess good interpersonal skills to interact positively with passengers. If you are looking for a stable, full‑time driving position with a reputable transportation provider, we encourage you to apply. Join White Force and contribute to a safer, more efficient public transport system in Bangalore.
