Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Innovation 1-Design academic roadmaps across Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical, and Clinical subjects. 2-Develop content aligned with latest NExT/NEET PG/INICET/FMGE exam patterns. 3-Innovate content formats suited for different learner profiles and platforms. Leadership & Team Management 1-Build and mentor a high-performing team of medical writers, editors, and reviewers . 2-Establish workflows to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. Academic Oversight 1-Oversee development of video scripts, MCQs, notes, and assessments . 2-Ensure medical accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all content. Stakeholder Collaboration 1-Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Faculty, Marketing). 2-Collaborate with SMEs and top medical faculty to maintain academic excellence. Continuous Improvement 1-Analyze feedback, usage data, and academic performance to continuously refine content. 2-Stay current with curriculum changes, competitive exam trends, and clinical advancements. Qualifications 1- MBBS (Mandatory) from a reputed institution 2- MD/MS or equivalent PG degree (Preferred) 3- Strong academic background in NEET PG, INICET, or FMGE.
