SAP FICO HANA (2 Implementation Exp)

**Job Responsibilities** 1.Minimum 8+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP process delivery experience within the relevant business domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and standard processes relevant to the assigned domain 2. Strong understanding of industry-standard business processes and how they are supported in SAP S/4HANA 3. Ability to understand specialized business, governance, compliance, and operational needs within complex organizations such as public sector institutions or development banks 4. Experience working with public sector organizations, international institutions, development banks, or similarly complex environments is strongly preferred 5. Ability to balance SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities with unique organizational needs and help achieve practical solutions workable for both business and technical teams 6. Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional testing, defect resolution, process validation, and SAP S/4HANA configuration activities 7. Experience preparing functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments 8. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and other stakeholders **Skills :** - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Cash Management capabilities - Experience supporting financial closing, reconciliation, financial reporting, treasury operations, and financial control processes within complex organizations - Understanding of integrated finance processes across procurement, receivables, treasury, payroll, projects, funds, grants, and reporting functions - Understanding of financial operating models involving member capital subscriptions, donor funding, external funds, grants, pledges, trust funds, or similar institutional funding structures - Familiarity with regulated, audit-sensitive, multi-entity, and multi-currency financial operating environments is preferred - Ability to align specialized institutional financial management requirements with SAP standard capabilities and leading practicesAssociate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
