Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist Location: Gurugram Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 5–8 Years CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Industry: IT Services / SaaS / Technology Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in B2B SaaS product lead generation . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, outbound campaigns, and generating qualified leads for SaaS/IT products across global markets. Key Responsibilities - Generate qualified B2B leads for SaaS products through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and outbound campaigns. - Identify target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across international markets. - Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Mandatory , Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc. - Execute personalized email and multi-touch outreach campaigns. - Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the Sales/BD team. - Maintain lead and pipeline data in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM , or similar tools. - Track lead-generation metrics, campaign performance, and conversions. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies. Requirements - 5–8 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development. - Proven experience in SaaS product lead generation is mandatory . - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory. - Strong experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar lead-generation tools . - Experience generating leads for US, UK, Europe, APAC, or Middle East markets preferred. - Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, account mapping, email outreach, and lead qualification . - Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho . - Strong communication, research, analytical, and target-oriented skills. - Experience in ABM or SaaS sales is an added advantage.
