QA Lead Location - Trivandrum Job Type - Permanent Budget - 22 LPA Experience - 10+ Years Requirements Experience: 10+ years in QA/testing with 4+ years leading QA across distributed teams/pods. Strategy: Authored master test plans and quality gates on contract-governed deliveries. Automation: Hands-on automation framework design — UI (Selenium/Playwright) and API layers. Governance: Formal defect management, metrics, and release sign-off ownership. Mentorship: Experience directing and mentoring QA engineers embedded across multiple teams. Domain: QA leadership in regulated or high-assurance environments. Qualifications and certifications Education and credentials that support this role. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. ISTQB Advanced preferred. Nice to have Bonus strengths — not required, but valued. ISTQB Advanced/Expert certification. Data-migration/ETL testing coordination exposure. Government UAT facilitation experience.
