Job Description Radisson Blu MBD Hotel, Noida is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team Fulfilling Below Parameters: - 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience , preferably within the hospitality industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hands-on experience in preparing HR reports, recruitment MIS and presenting data - Proven experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives - Experience in hiring for remote as well as prime locations - Strong hands-on experience in job postings and management of recruitment portals - Ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and recruitment priorities effectively - Strong understanding of hospitality talent markets and sourcing channels - Strong Negotiation Skills Interested Candidates May share their profiles @ hr1@radissonmbd.com
